Rockwall PAWS and KCAAP sponsor a monthly low-cost Spay/Neuter Shuttle. You simply reserve a spot for your pet and drop them off at the KCAAP Critter Cruiser in the Wal-Mart Shopping Center. The shuttle departs at 7:30 am and returns at 6:30 pm the same day after your pet is spayed or neutered.
