Olympian Neil Walker Invites Community to Rockwall Swim School Open House on April 2
On Saturday, April 2 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. two-time Olympic gold medalist Neil Walker will host an open house at the Rockwall Swim School located inside the world-class Rockwall Independent School District (ISD) Aquatic Center. During the event, the swimming champion and his expert staff will discuss the school’s unique SwimWalkerTM curriculum, provide guided tours of the facility, conduct demonstrations featuring current students, and enroll new students. In addition, attendees will be able to view Walker’s Olympic medals, take a photograph with the Olympian, and obtain his autograph.
“Swimming has been my passion since I was a child, and the Rockwall Swim School allows me to share it with students of all ages, from tots to triathletes,” noted Walker who is the school’s founder and developer of the SwimWalker training approach which accelerates students’ progress in the pool with an emphasis on good form, safety, and highly individualized coaching.
In addition to the unique curriculum, the Rockwall Swim School differentiates itself with an unrivaled 3:1 student/instructor ratio, expert instructors, year-round lessons in a heated pool, an open enrollment policy, and flexible class schedules. All are welcome to attend the event at 1205 Townsend Drive in the Rockwall ISD Aquatic Center which is adjacent to the Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Field, and new students who enroll during the open house for 12 lessons will receive three free lessons.
