Rick Spletter, LCSW, LPC, CBT, has been a psychotherapist in private practice for 30 years specializing in anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship issues. He is writing a book titled Building Your Child’s Self-Esteem: A Tool Kit For Parents, Teachers, and Caregivers. Rick is the parent of three children ages 18, 16 and 10.
Rick has presented hundreds of workshops on many topics to corporations, therapists, and the general public locally and internationally. He is the president of the Dallas Society for Bioenergetics Analysis, a non-profit training society for psychotherapists.
Programs Offered By Rick
Stress Relief: Quick and Simple Tools. This is a fun workshop that provides people with simple and effective tools that can be done in five-minutes or less. He has presented this to many groups in various formats – 20 minutes to 3 hours.
Rapid Pain Relief. There is a new and very effective way to greatly reduce or eliminate physical and emotional pain. It is called Emotional Transformation Therapy. It is non-invasive, non-chemical, and works on the stress reaction to pain. Your first consultation is free.
Individual and Couple Therapy. Rick has been in private practice for 30 years. He has extensive training in a mind/body therapy called Bioenergetics. He specializes in anxiety, depression, relationship, and anger issues.
