BRAVO!

The Shakespeare Project was Rockwall High School's Spotlight Productions first performance of the 2009-2010 school year. The class members worked diligently researching, designing, and rehearsing to prepare for THE SHAKESPEARE PROJECT (adapted by James Zager from William Shakespeare) which is a play that consists of monologues, duets, and group scenes spoken in the traditional Shakespearean language but set in contemporary times. The balcony scene from ROMEO AND JULIET set as a late-night phone call, the witches from MACBETH as bag ladies, the wooing scene from the THE TAMING OF THE SHREW as a wrestling match and more all provide an evening of enlightenment and entertainment.

The class/cast included:
Seniors: Blair Belt, Arielle Engle, Nick Kaun, Brittny Kindred, Rachael Teague, Hannah Walker
Juniors: Kaiti Ahmann, Jack Eidson, Blake Hollowell, Kyla Motley, Dejana Neskovic, Isaac Niems, Emily Ragsdale, Paige Roberts, Roy Samra, Lorenne Tellia
Sophomores: James Hoover, Bryan Oliveira, Krystal Warren
