Concert By The Lake 2020 | Rockwall Harbor
Concert series for 2020 is scheduled to begin June 18, 2020!
Rockwall City Council has approved starting up the Concert by the Lake series at the Harbor Amphitheatre beginning June 18. The event, which was scheduled to commence in May, was delayed due to Coronavirus restrictions limiting crowd size at public events. The Parks and Recreation Department, which manages the concert series, is looking into the possibility of extending it to make up for cancelled concerts, but that has not yet been confirmed.

The 2020 Concert by the Lake Series
Concerts brought to you by the Rockwall Parks and Recreation Department, another reason why Rockwall is the Live Music Capital of North Texas. All concerts start at 7:30 p.m. at The Harbor Amphitheater.
The concert will only be cancelled if there is RAIN or SEVERE WEATHER at the start of the show. However, the start of the concert could be pushed back by a little bit if the forecast shows no further rain.
All Thursday night concerts are free and begin 7:30pm at The Harbor (2059 Summer Lee)!
Attendees at all outdoor events are urged to observe appropriate social distancing and follow CDC guidelines for health and safety.
The Parks Department stated plans could change should there be an unexpected increase in Coronavirus infections. The public is advised to keep checking for updates as we get closer to the event time.
Concert Parking at The Harbor
Use the FREE parking garage in the TrendHR building.
On concert nights when there are large crowds, the City of Rockwall wants you to be aware of where you can and cannot park for events. Most notably, there is no on-grass parking anywhere at The Harbor.
Overflow parking is in the FREE parking garage in the TRENDHR building at the top of Summer Lee Drive.
Below is a map showing where you can park. It’s recommend to park at or around 6:30 pm at latest if you need to park closer to the venue. By 7:30pm both public lots and most of the street side parking can be full. This is when you should head to the top of the hill and park in the FREE parking garage in the TrendHR building.
The parking garage is free and has 2 entrances, one on the north side if you’re coming from I-30, and one on the south side off Summer Lee Drive.
We hope this helps and we look forward to seeing y’all out at Concert by the Lake!
