Does anyone know what is going on with Blue Canyon?  It used to be our Friday night spot but it’s been going down hill for months now.  The service is spotty at best and management is either non existent or has a who cares attitude.  We are disappointed as we have been loyal diners since it opened.  Where would you all suggest for our new Friday night spot?  Has anyone else noticed the change or am I just being too picky about things?

I agree. Our last few visits have been very disappointing. The bartenders and wait staff exhibited a lack of attention. Unless you are sitting at the bar, no one checks on the tables around the bar or outside on the deck. Also the music has changed. While sitting outside and enjoying the view, dinner and drinks. The reataurant was playing alot of rap music. After talking to the management, nothing was resolved and the attitude was if you don’t like it go somewhere else.
The Blue Canyon and the Harbor has been slowly losing its appeal to people in the area. Also the valets are using tatctics that should be stopped. When we valeted the valet driver strongly suggested we park in VIP for $20 (regular valet is $5) because if not, our vehicle would be parked 4 blocks away and could be towed or vandelized and when we came to get our vehicle at the end of the night it could take up to 30 minutes to get it to the valet area for us to depart for the evening.
Overall I am very disappointed in the direction the manangement of this property and its establishments are headed.
