19th Annual Taste of Rockwall & Business Expo

On Thursday, April 19th 2012 the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce will host the Taste of Rockwall and Business Expo at Rockwall High School from 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Food, fun, entertainment and businesses will highlight this wonderful evening. This event is designed to be part business-to-business and business-to-general public networking and part social. This event seems to accomplish both by providing an “open feel” in the gymnasiums where the Business Expo is held supporting casual one-on-one discussions with Rockwall-area businesses and services representing approximately 85 companies. Year after year exhibitors and attendees alike enjoy the enthusiastic, business-friendly atmosphere of the Expo, along with the conversational and social event of the tasting experience. Approximately 30 local restaurants and dining establishments will showcase their delicious cuisine from South and Central American favorites to Asian, Italian and American along with satisfying your ‘sweet tooth’ with select bakers.

The goal of the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo and Taste of Rockwall is to highlight businesses, dining establishments, products and services to approximately 2000 attendees from the Rockwall County and beyond! Other highlights surrounding the event will be “The ‘Best of the Best” awards to be judged in various categories on both the Business Expo and Taste of Rockwall setting. “Best of Show”, “Most Fun”, “Best Staff”, “Most Innovative”, “Best Giveaway” are just some of the categories that will be judged and highlighted.

Advance tickets are $10.00 per adult and $4.00 for children 5-12 years. $12.00 for adults and $5.00 for children at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce, online at TasteofRockwall, Alliance Bank, American National Bank, Community Bank, Horizon Car Wash and Toyota of Rockwall.
