Let the adventure of true bargain shopping begin!
Centsible Thrift Store of Helping Hands in Royse City is celebrating, and we invite shoppers to join us on August 17 for extra special good deals on gently used upscale merchandise in celebration of National Thrift Store Day.
We are also commemorating our store’s 4 year anniversary and its makeover! Excitement is in the air, and we want you to be a part of this wonderful day. Shoppers will find more clothing at Royse City Centsible and a larger selection of home décor – all at low prices. There will be several drawings for gift certificates to the store and mystery sales throughout the day.
“Don’t miss the opportunity to find quality merchandise that includes name-brand clothing, gently used quality furniture and top notch home decor items at prices so low they have to be seen to be believed,” said Melody East, Thrift Store Manager. “Our Royse City store is better than ever, and we want you to join us in celebrating our fourth year in this great city. I promise it will be worth the drive.”
That’s the good news. The even better news is that your purchases at Centsible Thrift Stores fund 40 percent of gross revenues for programs at Helping Hands, a non-profit critical assistance agency. Have fun shopping and finding great values on quality items while knowing your money is helping Rockwall County families in need. It’s a win, win for all!
Everyday at Centsible we want to help you dress, decorate and enjoy life to the fullest without buyer’s remorse. How could anyone regret buying the best bargains in North Texas on quality merchandise? Come experience the thrill of the steal – legally.
Thrift store shoppers today come from all economic levels because it’s just good financial sense to save money and have fun at the same time. Where else but at our Centsible Thrift Stores can you find designer clothes (often new with tags) hanging next to those from Wal-Mart – for about the same price? Or a name-brand almost new dining room set?
“The Helping Hands Rockwall and Royse City thrift stores are a shopping treasure hunt you can experience all the time,” said Margo Nielsen, the agency’s Executive Director.
Don’t think you’re in the wrong place when you enter Royse City Centsible. Because it’s so chic and clean with items you never expected to find in a resale shop, shoppers often think it’s a boutique because of the high-end items from downsized baby boomers and estate-sale leftovers that are given a second chance to bring some value.
Rockwall Centsible resembles a high-end warehouse store – with the added bonus of the very upscale Boutique store where high quality goodies cost just a tad above normal low bargain prices.
And remember, "Helping Hands needs merchandise donations to stock our Centsible Thrift Stores in Royse City and Rockwall and at The Boutique in Rockwall," said Mrs. East.
“Because you shop our thrift stores and donate unwanted merchandise, you help further the mission of Helping Hands to assist families in our community in need,” she noted.
Helping Hands provides qualifying residents with financial assistance for shelter and utility bills and with nutritious food from our Food Pantry. The agency also offers low cost, quality health care for all at our Health Center and a health care plan for small businesses.
Be sure to mark your calendar for the annual Helping Hands Holiday Market on October 20th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Rockwall Centsible. Come early so you don’t miss out on extraordinary merchandise at equally extraordinary prices. Spend a great day of shopping for fall, Halloween and Christmas decorations at truly rock-bottom prices. We’ve been saving merchandise all year for this fun special event – you won’t want to miss it.
