Heath City Council Honors Returning Soldier

Heath, Texas, April 19, 2010 -- Heath Mayor John Ratcliffe issued a proclamation at the April 6 City Council meeting welcoming U.S. Army Specialist Zackary Ryan Simmons home from his deployments to Iraq and Germany.
Specialist Simmons is a hometown boy whose parents, Mike and Jane Simmons, live in Heath. He graduated from Rockwall High School in 2003 and attended Lake Pointe Church before joining the Army in 2005.
