Jimmy Strohmeyer, AIA and Managing Partner of SHW Group, a well-known architectural group, has donated the bluebonnet watercolor painting done by Dr. Joan Terry to the Rockwall County Library. Monies from the donation will fund the Youth ArtReach program which provides training tuition grants to Rockwall County students showing exceptional talent and promise in the areas of visual and performing arts. The goal is to provide these students with professional training so they can develop their skills further and advance their educational and professional opportunities.
