A Rockwall police officer and bystanders at the scene of an accident were almost killed by an 18-wheeler as it skidded onto the scene. Inside the stranded vehicle was a woman who had already been involved in one accident. As seen toward the end of the video, the 18-wheeler crashes into the three vehicles, completely destroying the Rockwall patrol car in the process.
