Rockwall Spring Break Programs for Kids

Looking for some fun for the kids this Spring Break that won't break the bank? Rockwall has the answer!
The Rockwall Public Library invites you to head over and Celebrate With Books! Each day different holiday will be celebrated with activities for children ages 6-10. Programs begin at 2:00 and end at 3:00 pm, unless otherwise noted. All programs will take place in the First Floor Meeting Room. Weekly morning storytimes will also take place during this week, with the exception of the Wednesday afternoon Listeners storytime.
Monday, March 14: Celebrate Thanksgiving with stories, a craft and pumpkin pie!
Tuesday, March 15: This will be the March Family Night. Bring the whole family as The Story Time Theater performs Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The show will begin at promptly 7:00.
Wednesday, March 16: It will be Christmas in March as we watch a Holiday movie and serve popcorn. Feel free to bring a covered drink.
Thursday, March 17: Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with stories, crafts and refreshments. Don't forget to dress in green!
Friday, March 18: Celebrate Independence Day with a short movie and a game based on the fifty states. Ice cream sundaes will end the week.

The Rockwall Parks & Recreation will be hosting Rock Spring Break Camp. This camp is for kids ages 6-12 and will meet at the Harry Myers Community Center each morning at 8:00 am and end at 5:30 pm. The week will include plenty of activities, including field trips. Pre-registration is required, space is limited. Please bring a sack lunch, snack and water bottle each day. The fee is $113 ($75 Discounted Resident Fee), which includes a free camp t-shirt.
