Book Club Café | Downtown Rockwall

Our food is made from scratch, by hand and with zero additives, stabilizers or fillers. Our bread, biscuits, and buns are made each morning by our bakery team, using real ingredients. Our coffee is roasted weekly with a careful eye watching the entire process. Our doughs, batters, and mixes are made in-house and never from a package. Our gravies are made the way they were made before the invention of preservatives and boxed mixes. We know there is a difference not only in taste, but also in the nutritional value of the food we make, because we don’t sacrifice anything for speed and convenience.

We go beyond cakes and cupcakes, our focus is heirloom style offerings using generational recipes. Our goal is to maintain simple, clean and organic ingredients in all of our baked goods.

Book Club Café coffees are made from high quality varieties from all over the globe, and roasted using hand crafted techniques. All of our coffee drinks use the highest level of ingredients and are crafted to perfection. We pay attention to every detail and make every drink with creativity.
